CVR360 Refunds and Complaints Policy

This Policy covers cancellations, refunds, complaints and chargeback handling for CVR360 digital reports, profile access and subscriptions.

1. Operator

CVR360 is operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID PL7011215529.

2. Digital services

CVR360 primarily provides digital content and digital services. Access may begin immediately after checkout. The checkout flow should explain the service scope, price, VAT treatment and delivery method.

3. Refund requests

Users can request a refund or correction by emailing the contact form with the order email, payment reference and issue description. CVR360 may provide a correction, re-delivery, alternative access or refund where appropriate.

4. Source limitations

A missing Danish source, disabled adapter, unavailable public endpoint or incomplete public data does not automatically mean the service failed, provided the limitation was visible or inherent in the source-backed nature of the product.

5. Chargebacks

Users should contact CVR360 before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. Complaints

Complaints are reviewed case by case. CVR360 may request additional information needed to identify the order and reproduce the issue.
