CVR360 Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of CVR360, a private information service for Danish company profiles, source-backed reports, financial-document sections and related digital services.

1. Operator

CVR360 is operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID PL7011215529.

2. Nature of the service

CVR360 is not a Danish public authority, CVR register, court, tax authority, credit bureau, insolvency register or official government service. Fees charged by CVR360 are for private value-added services such as search, organization, presentation, report generation, data extraction, source mapping and account access.

3. Danish company data

CVR360 is designed for Danish company data, including CVR identifiers, company names, management or role information, ownership, annual accounts, VAT checks, public notices and source provenance where available.

Data may come from official or public sources such as CVR/Datafordeler, Virk, Regnskabsdata, VIES, SKAT and Statstidende, subject to access terms and technical availability. If a source requires credentials, approval, contract terms or manual verification, CVR360 may show an access-required status instead of live data.

4. No Polish company data import

CVR360 starts with a clean Denmark database. Polish KRS, NIP, REGON, RDF or PRS company data is not imported into the Danish product unless a future feature clearly identifies it as non-Danish reference data.

5. Reports and AI summaries

Reports and AI summaries are informational only. AI output must be based on source-backed facts available in the profile. CVR360 does not guarantee that all public information is complete, current or available for every company.

6. No professional advice

CVR360 does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, credit, debt-collection or professional due-diligence advice. Users must verify important decisions against official sources and qualified advisers.

7. Accounts and paid access

Some features may require an account or paid plan. Prices may be shown in DKK or EUR depending on configuration. Unless stated otherwise, prices are net of VAT and VAT is calculated at checkout when applicable.

8. Digital delivery and refunds

CVR360 provides digital content and digital services. Access may begin immediately after payment. Refund and complaint rules are described in the Refunds Policy.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not use CVR360 for unlawful activity, deception, credential theft, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, scraping in breach of source terms, or automated abuse of public or private services.
