Danish data sources and provenance

CVR360 uses source-backed Danish company data. If access requires approval, credentials or contract terms, the adapter stays disabled and the profile shows that limitation.

Verification and freshness

Freshness is shown on each profile

Each profile shows the last verification and retrieval date for sources that actually support that profile. We do not publish a global freshness date until an approved full-scope import manifest has been loaded.

Mapped source channels

CVR / Datafordeler

Access required

CVR number, name, status, address, legal form, management and role facts

On demand after approved access

Limitations: Requires approved Datafordeler/CVR access and credentials. CVRPerson/CVR custom data needs a separately approved access basis. No endpoint is called while disabled.

Regnskabsdata

Source mapped

Annual-account PDF metadata, XBRL facts and financial statements

Through public filing distribution or an approved bulk import

Limitations: Exact-CVR retrieval is supported through the public filing channel. National coverage still requires an approved full import; financial metrics are not inferred without source documents.

Det Offentlige Ejerregister / Virk

Source mapped

Legal ownership facts and beneficial-owner data only with approved restricted access

Together with approved CVR/Virk source access

Limitations: Beneficial-owner data is not generally public after 1 September 2025. Display requires an approved access basis, minimization and clear source provenance.

VIES and SKAT

Optional live check

DK VAT validation and VAT-related checks

On demand when enabled

Limitations: VIES validates VAT status only. It is not a solvency or tax-compliance opinion.

Statstidende

Access required

Official notices and insolvency-related public signals

After Civilstyrelsen endpoint and API terms are confirmed

Limitations: Datavejviser lists a JSON/API distribution, but CVR360 does not enable automated extraction without confirmed endpoint, terms, attribution and cache limits.

Every important field needs a source

Company profiles and reports should show the source, retrieval date, verification status, confidence level and any missing-data caveat.

Source terms matter

CVR360 does not bypass technical controls, access requirements or source terms. When an approved source channel is unavailable, the product states that clearly rather than presenting incomplete data as complete.

Personal data and GDPR

Management, ownership and notice data can include personal data even when it is public. CVR360 should minimize display, preserve source provenance and support correction requests.
